Saints and Rockets....

I'd been meaning to post about this outing for about a month now, people were waiting on pics to snag and I'm too lazy to email them so here they are. We were counting down the days til LDS night at the Rockets game. It was so much fun for so many reasons. Other than the fact that Elder L. Tom Perry was going to speak at the fireside after the game, my parents were going to be able to attend, and I'd see the Rockets play for the first time. Us four couples piled up in our vehicle and headed dowtown for some good food. We ate at the House of Blues, which is just a block away from the Toyota Center so that was a plus, and the food was delish! As we made our way to our mediocre seats, a sweet usher "who for the sake of members of the church shall remain nameless, kindly escorted us all to upgraded seats, upgraded to say the least. The words of Elder Perry were short, but definitely heartfelt and inspiring! The Rockets won, thankfully, and the night was a success, go Rockets!
